This is a licence to manufacture up to 300 [off] 8' Prams at a small-to-medium production rate. The licence includes all intellectual property to produce the jigs, templates and assembly files to produce the hull including its current variations.
 
As the muse for this dinghy is the simple-to-build D5 and we've made these with several iterations of technological improvement;the process can be tailored to suit the existing machinery in your workshop. When built in production, basic hand tools can achieve small-scale production rates but a more advanced workshop can easily achieve medium-scale production rates.
 
The licence does not include the cost of materials for the templates, jigs and assembly drawings nor does it include the materials for the production of the boats. If your workshop only provides basic hand tools it is recommended that production of the physical jigs and templates be outsourced to an advanced workshop.
 
If you want to make less than 300 [off] boats then we don't really have a process for that and the boss doesn't care to develop a process that won't get used in our workshop. There are loads of very competent designs for one-off boat building already existing that are made by some amazing naval architects that have devoted their lives to designing beautiful boats.
