In celebration of the Sydney International Boat Show we are giving a boat to an enlisted member of the Chief Marshal Charlie's Navy. Increase your chances of winning by ranking up in the Navy; level up by getting involved on social media or getting involved with a new Mountain Boat!

This page provides the terms and conditions of the comeptition.

Words and Conditions

The general nature of this promotion is to give a boat to a person that has proved themselves through service to the Chief Marshal Charlie. The promotion is run in conjunction with Sydney International Boat Show with the prize drawn at the completion of the show (04 August 2024).

Enlisted Members

All enlisted members will be considered for the prize, irrespective of attendance to the boat show. Each member's entry will be multiplied according to rank with descriptions of rank and multiplier illustrated in the table below.

Admiralty and current Masters are excluded but please contact us for your prize of some free boat show tickets.

The Boat

The boat is an 8' Pram in our most popular configuration ready for dambusting.

Members holding the rank of Lieutenant or higher may choose to substitute their dreamed boat for the prize.

This does not include outboards or other third-party products that Mountain Boats may usually supply but we will include oars and stuff.

Social Media

An enlisted member must be willing to appear on social media as required by Mountain Boat’s for promotional requirements.

An enlisted member is considered in active service if they have subscribed to our Tall Tales Newsletter and actively engaged with the Chief Marshal Charlie on social media.

Delivery

After the Show the winner must pick a colour, then we paint the boat with fitout as required and deliver it. Delivery in NSW & WA is free and all other states and territories are by negotiation considering that we also like adventures.

Punters in WA, sorry but you might have to wait up to a month.
